What makes a great OWGK Coach?

The Ottawa West hockey Association is a competitive hockey association that is focused on skills and personal development.  What does this mean?  Simply put, winning is an outcome and not the objective - we emphasize complete development of the player over winning. 

The Knights are seeking coach applications for U10, U15, U16 and U18 for the 2024/2025 season. 

We need great coaches to help the kids develop strong skills, to challenge them and have them identify individual and team goals and develop a plan to achieve them.  We also believe that coaches are instrumental in helping all players build confidence, self-esteem, discipline and a sense of commitment and pride in their team and the club.

Are you a great coach whose values and coaching philosophy are aligned with these principles?  If so, we need you!
